Çamtepe building is a double walled building constructed from local stone. It sits within 4 acres of land, within a small pine forest, just under 300m above sea level.

It has an earth roof which sits upon locally milled pine. Above the pine sits bamboo, dried seaweed, Eucalyptus and then the specially graded and compacted soil.

The land features many local plants and olive trees.
